The official DV-2027 entry-period notice available in our reviewed source set says registration and selection-result dates will be announced separately. We have not marked a new country list or registration window as verified.

A DV year identifies the visa fiscal year; it is not necessarily the calendar year when registration takes place. Follow the government’s exact announcement.

What you can prepare now

Check qualification records, family details, a valid passport and current photo. Do not reuse a previous year’s entry photo or assume an old country list applies.
