Your one-time purchase is linked to the ChatGPT account used at checkout. Re-upload a corrected photo, update answers and regenerate reports in that workspace without another service payment. Local checks can be repeated; 20 optional AI checks are included in total, with failed provider requests excluded. We do not automatically charge for more checks. Photos and answers remain in your current browser session; retain your files and reports. Contact billing if you lose account access. Refunded or reversed payments do not retain paid access.
Independent automated preparation
A one-time $5 USD payment unlocks the described preparation workspace. The service does not submit a government application, authenticate civil documents, provide immigration-law representation, improve lottery selection odds or guarantee acceptance.
AI advice has limits
AI can highlight visible photo issues and answer inconsistencies. It cannot establish identity, the date a photograph was taken, document authenticity or legal eligibility. Official-source and manual review remain necessary.
Payment and access problems
If PayPal approval occurred but access did not unlock, do not immediately pay again. Contact billing@lotteryusa.systems with the transaction reference. The service checks the completed amount and currency on the server.
Refund enquiries
Send refund or duplicate-charge enquiries to the billing address. Include the transaction reference and a description of the issue; do not email full payment credentials or passport images. Applicable rights are not limited by this support process.

Use accurate answers and authorized images. Consult the current official instructions and the interviewing embassy. Government fees and deadline decisions are separate from this purchase.
